Your practice carries less administrative work, and your time is spent on clinical work.

Align's service is paid for directly by the patient. You bill as you always have, and Align takes no share of your fee.

You conduct the assessment, reach the diagnosis, plan and prescribe, then bill under your own provider number at your own rate. Align does not bill Medicare.

Can I rely on the summary?
That is your judgement to make, as with any source of information. The summary informs your assessment and never substitutes for it: you remain free to repeat, supplement or set aside any part of it.

What is the commitment?
None. Listing is on a flat-fee basis, with no minimum volume and no notice period. You may adjust your intake or withdraw at any time.
